I arrived today, Thursday, 6/26, and went into the office to request an oil change for my Toyota Yaris. The lady who helped me rudely told me I had to speak to the inspector outside, not her. I waited outside for about 10 minutes in the blazing sun, and no one helped me. I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere.
This is my second time going to this place, but the first time I met the owner. He is very friendly and good cristian oriented. The service is super fast. I am definitely coming back for my next oil change.
Very professional and honest. Ian was able to diagnose the previous oil filter installed by another business instantly and install the correct one. Would highly recommend Katy Quick Lube.
I have not only used Katy Quick Lube for my personal vehicle but I use them for my BoxDrop Mattress Katy truck! Very nice and always get me in and out! Go and see them!
I’ve never visited an Oil changing place like this one before & I drive all the way from downtown Houston to come. It’s extremely clean, there’s restrooms available and a coffee bar!!! Hands down the best. Customer service is great as well!
